We want you to love your gear, but if something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
Option 1: Exchange
If you’d like a different size or product, we’re happy to exchange it.
You cover the shipping cost to return the product here and ship out the new product, and we’ll handle the rest.
Option 2: Return for Refund
If the item doesn’t fit quite right or just isn’t what you expected, you can return it for a refund.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Notes
Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Returns with strong odors (like perfume), excessive hair, or visible wear may not be accepted.
We recommend trying on items indoors and returning promptly if needed.

I never take this thing off. It keeps me so warm. And I get compliments on it everywhere I go. The flame hoodie is the best.
hoodie was somehow even cuter in person. i’m 5’2 and got a medium for bagginess and it fits perfectly, not super large like unisex/mens fits usually are. the sleeves weren’t stupid long either. baggy in the right places and has a nice silhouette. not super soft but still very comfortable. i bought this as a gift and will likely be buying another for myself very soon!!
Ordered twice from them on two different occasions and shipping is fast and their clothes is pretty good quality will buy more in the future
Only thing is it takes some time for it to be shipped out but worth the wait quility is 10/10
